I'm upgrading with the following: Maxtor DiamondMax 10 80GB 7200 RPM IDE Ultra ATA133 Hard Drive - 52.00 ASRock 939Dual-SATA2 Socket 939 ULi M1695 ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail - 66.99 AMD Athlon 64 3000+ Venice 1GHz HT Socket 939 Processor Model ADA3000BPBOX - 145.00 My question: Is there anything that I could go with that would take a cut in price, but not performance? | You could switch to a sempron 754. ASRock has a board thats upgradeable to 939.
