CPU:ZALMAN CNPS9500 LED 92mm 2 Ball Blue LED Light Cooling Fan with Heatsink - Retail

Really good CPU HSF that cools really nicely and has a good price. Google a review if you need more convincing.

As for GPU, I'll let someone else that has had experience with some to let you know.

This link will help you allot with your choice on a gpu cooler
(The charts are on page 3) http://www.digit-life.com/articles2/...2k5-part1.html

I am going to get the Arctic Cooling ATI Silencer 5 (Arctic Cooling ATI Silencer 4 in the review) because it exhausts the hot air out of the back of your pc. I think it would be a good idea to cut a hole in the bottom of the pc case and run a tube to the arctic cooler so it will be sucking in cool air

For your GPU defintly the zalman VF-700cu. For the CPU you can either go with the CNPS9500 or the big typhoon from TT

Ya, come to think of it, I remember reading a review that put the 9500 up against the Big Typhoon, and the 9500 only did marginally better.
