Sure it's possible but if you have 500 you may aswell just save up a couple hundred more and get a way better PC than you could with 500.

ya but im talking about a decent one. i recently read an article about a 500 vista pc and it was rly decent w/ 2gb of ram 256 mb card, pentium D (=\), 250 gbs

go find that article cuz that's incredible. Vista alone eats atleast a fourth of that budget.

lol, 512mb of RAM and no dedicated video doesn't make for a good Vista PC, that's for sure ^^
