Default Connecting internal headers?`

Hello, Im new to this site, aswell as building computers. I had a question about connecting the internal headers, is there a special way they go in? as long as there in the right pins. and also the hd_led connection has a + and - side, but which is which? also on the pwrled. so my main ?s are which side of the plug goes in as long as there the right plugs, and which is + or -?

Normally HDD_LED is separated into two separate wires - one + and one -.

Check your case's manual (if it has one) and mobo manual to see what is what.
