yes. ATX will fit in ATX, unless you're trying to fit a normal ATX motherboard into a micro ATX case

yes micro ATX should fit in an ATX tower. most will have labelled screw holes saying: for AT, ATX, Micro ATX etc and you just screw the stand-off posts into the holes labelled for the form factor you are using.
