Default case with front led lights and power together

I currently have 3 front panel connectors all connected together (you can't pull one off without pulling off the others):

Note that there are 9 squares on that, not only 8. There's 1 above the green.

From the top to the bottom, they are: PWR, HDD, DC SW.
I'm assuming that means: power light, hard drive light, power switch.

I want to get a new motherboard, and if possible keep my case. Is there a way to unconnect these connectors? Are there any motherboards out there that will have those 3 connectors lined up the same way as my current motherboard?

Just pull them out. A new motherboard may be in a different order. The manual will tell you where they go. They are also color coded.

just give them a gentle tug. Assuming they're labled on the black portion, you'll be able to plug them into your new motherboard.

But they're all connected together... I need to separate them.

Do you mean pull them out individually from those black squares?

You can pull all of them out at once and untwist them later.
