WorldIndustries is on a distinguished road

Default Buying PSU, Dilemma.

Buying some new parts for my computer. I've got everything picked out from TigerDirect.ca, EXCEPT the PSU. You see, I don't have much money to spend at all. Upgrading my PSU isn't really my highest priority, and I'd rather waste my money getting drunk on a weekend. So I'd really like to NOT spend more than 45 Canadian... Seems like any PSU from 45 bucks and under usually has the odd issue, most of them seem to go dead after 6 months... I've got a few picked out, and I'd like you guys to help me choose one...

Hec Orion 585 Watt

Coolmax CX-400B 400 Watt

Cooler Master 430 Watt

Anyone have any better choices than these? I don't want a huge amount of power. Just something that's relatively quiet and won't blow up 6 months down the road.

PC Specs:

1.8GHz Celeron (Soon upgrade to 3.2GHz Celeron)
Via P4MA-L Motherboard (Soon upgrade to similar S-478 Mobo)
512MB Kingston DDR (Soon upgrade to 1GB Kingston)
120GB Hard Drive
ATI 9600XT Video Card
DVD-RW Drive
Various fans, cold cathode

BTW: I'm leaning toward the HEC. They're an OEM manufacturer recently gone retail, heard they're pretty reliable.
