well...newegg is good for anything, including barebobe systems, and ibuypower.com is pretty good too.

and the link works fine.

Caveat emptor. Let the buyer beware.

$399 for a 3500+ barebones? I'd rather pick my own parts... at least then I know that's what I'm getting.

yo man, I barely trust that at all. They barely give you any information. The description is terrible:

Quote:
SPECS:
Video card: ATi X800 Pro
CPU: AMD Athlon XP 3000+
Memory: 512 Mbs OCZ DDR400 (PC3200)
Hard drive: 120Gb Western Digital
Removable storage #1: DVD +/-RW
Removable storage #2: DVD-ROM
Removable storage #3: Floppy
USB: 4 (in rear)
How do I connect to the internet?
Easy! plug the Ethernet cable right into the back of the PC.
and the pics look like they've been taken off Google. I'd rather see real pictures, that the guy took himself. Besides, don't know if that's the greatest deal.

$399 for that barebone is kind of a lot. I wouldn't trust buying a computer off ebay. Just my opinion.

That seems a bit expensive. I don't think I could trust handing over all that cash and hoping it turned up you don't know who's selling it. Build your own or do what I did and buy off a reptuable company. Mine was from PC Specialist http://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/ but I live in the UK.

LOL how weird is that. Atleast you know who's selling it now, well sort of.
