if your going to pack that all in $350, your going to buy something pretty weak.

your current processor, motherboard, and video card (i'm guessing its what is in your sig) is faster than what you'll be able to buy with $350

I think you should just spend your $350 on a better graphics card.

take that $350 and save it... when you reach $500.00 hook your self up with the 7800GTX. Much better preformance upgrade for hours of hardocre gaming...

Well. Given the specs he already has, I am presuming that he knows a thing or two about computers. That being said, I am sure this new system is NOT for him..

This system is not for gaming right man? Something low end graphics wise with maybe 512 MB of RAM?

Its not for me its for my bro. I was thinking gaming but at a low level. Probably get a 6600GT and 512MB RAM. Leaves $150 for mobo and processor. I was thinking a 64 bit Sempron 2600+ and like a $60 mobo (microATX).

Motherboard: ECS 760GX-M
Processor: AMD Sempron 64 2600+ Palermo
Video Card: eVGA Geforce 6600GT AGP
RAM: CORSAIR ValueSelect 512MB 184-Pin DDR PC3200
Final Price=$318.35 shipped

What do you guys think? Any opinions are greatly appreciated.

The only thing is the 9600XT is pretty weak. I wouldnt mind dropping the 2800 to 2600 to switch the 9600 to a 6600GT.
