NyQuil

Default Buying Laptop

i have decided to buy a laptop and recently i was looking at ones that were out and i got confused i was wondering why some are pentium M at like 1.7 gigs and other ones are pentium 4 and 3.6 gigs and are same price and all other specs are the same can anyone please explain this to me please

sorta the same as the difference between an amd cpu running at 1.8ghz being equal to a pentium 4 cpu running at 3.0 ghz..

cpu clock isn't everything.. 1 cycle on 1 system can do a lot more than 1 cycle on a diff system...

anyways.. stay away from pentium 4 if you're lookin at laptops..

the new core duos look neat! if core duo is too much $ then i guess you could settle for core solo or pentium M...

So i should try to get like a 64 bit one or dual core? whats the dual core name anyway like are they turion or do they just say dual core usually?

core duo is best one i believe... (dual core)
