Default Building a video editing computer - parts

Hello,
I'm do not know very much about the parts of a computer so I'm looking for some help. I have a love for video editing and making movies from photos. I have taken a few courses for video editing using the Mac program Final Cut Pro.

I'm wanting to build a computer hopefully for cheaper then what it would cost me to purchase one. I'd like to direct my computer towards extreme video editing. I've heard a bit about being able to install Final cut Pro on a PC. I would appreciate anyone's help or advice on what parts would be best for me to build my own video editing computer. (ie motherboard, processor etc.)

Thank you
