Default Building a CPU for the first time

This is my first time building a computer and need somebody if it a good setup/suggestion/changes?

Your building a computer not a CPU.

Try and get a dvd burner like Shannon said. You might also want to get a SATA hard drive instead of the IDE you had listed. As for cases, find something that you like and fits your mobo. Doesnt matter if the case has a psu or not because most of them arent that good. Look into the Antec TP 550W power supplies.
