Default Building Budget PC

Looking to put together a budget PC for my buddy, I have found a ton of parts and such but the biggest thing being a nice budget graphics card. Looking to speed about 70-90$ on a graphics card. But in a whole I'm looking for something under 650$, and it includes, Mobo, graphics card, sound card, intel processor, hard drive (100gb-up), a gig of RAM would be nice, but 512 could work, I already got a CD-DVD burner picked out so thats all good. So if anyone knows of a least a few nice budget gaming parts that would be nice. Thanks!
Drew.

I don;t build gaming machines, so I really can't give much advice on gaming parts, But I can tell you that you should check out pricewatch.com. You can comparison shop for the parts your looking for. You can find who has the best parts for the best price.
