Ok, im pretty new with BIOS and stuff, i tried setting everything up all devices i have is hdd and dvd-rom when i slick to start windows normally, it flashes a blue screen for less than a second and restarts the computer anybody know whats wrong or do i need give more information. i've just built this computer and used an old hdd which i did NOT format it also still has the same driver for video card, i didn't delete anything at all:o

Do you mean you took old HD with installed OS and used this for the new built?

If that's the case the best thing to do is to reinstall OS.
