Default Which is better?

Ok, here is my dilemma.

I must choose between these two systems, which one I should get for my sister.

#1 is from TigerDirect and #2 are parts from multiple sites.

1. eMachines T3120 AMD Sempron 3100+ 1.8GHz / 512MB DDR / 100GB HDD / DVD-ROM/CD-RW Combo Drive / Windows XP Home / Refurbished Desktop PC

Total Price: $348.75

2. MSI 661FM3-V Socket 775 / Intel Celeron D 351 3.20GHZ / CPU Fan / ATX Mid-Tower Case / 380 Watt Power Supply /
Kingston 256MB DDR RAM / Western Digital Caviar SE 80GB SATA 7200RPM Hard Drive

Total Price: $342.39

Need a quick answer!

KBlair is on a distinguished road

The first one. It has more RAM, more hard drive space, and only for $6 more.

387.00 as is without shipping...
- The mobo has decent onboard graphics if you don't need it for gaming.
- One stick of Corsair Ram, so you can upgrade later.

In case it's needed...

Leadtek 7600GS PCIe x16 - 100.00

Yes your spending more, but if you have all the other items (KB/Mouse,
OS, Monitor, etc...) I think this is a better build that will last a
while, with a better possiblility of upgrade later on.

I'm in Canada so I can't buy from newegg or I would.

I'm replacing a really old pc and only really need it for basic use.

I'll probably just go with #1 since it has more RAM and more space, even though its refurbished.

Both setups are poor but I would recommend the Sempron system because of more RAM and more HDD space and also Celerons peform very poor even @ 3.2Ghz.

And also get a AMD 64 3000+ if you want Nukems system because Opteron are sever Cpu's.
