Default Best video card for under $60

I'm building a computer and I'm on a tight budget. I need a CPU and a Video card both for under $140, I have the CPU picked out my friend is selling me his E7300 for $70 so that leaves about $60 for a video card (Including S&H which would be around $10) So what is the best video card I can get for around $60. I looked at the graphics card rankings and I think the best card I can get for $60 would be this card: Newegg.com - SAPPHIRE 100253L Radeon HD 4650 512MB 128-bit GDDR2 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

This is the motherboard I have: Newegg.com - MSI P43 Neo3-F LGA 775 Intel P43 ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards

Newegg.com - Apollo AP-HD4670 256MB Radeon HD 4670 256MB 128-bit GDDR4 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

$60 after mail in rebate. It has 320 shader processing units and GDDR4.

Definetly worth every penny.

^ That card is a lot worse than the 4670. On Nvidia's side, a 9600gt is similar to a 4670.

The Apollo is a decent brand. A guy here was running one at a lan tournament (I don't think it was that model though). Seemed to perform great, even in a hot environment.

I have a 8600GT and need to get something better

Does the GDDR4 memory on the 4670 make a big improvement?

The 4670 will be a huge improvement over the 8600GT according to :

Graphics card Rankings

For the price, you would definitely want to consider it, if you are upgrading.
