Default Best PCI Video Card

Im stuck with a dell and have no money to buy a new gaming pc, so im looking into buying a decent PCI video card for my PC.
Ive looked and found many of the best PCI video cards, i was about to buy it, and i noticed on the requirments "300 watt PSU" and all i have on this stinkin dell is a 180w.

So, what is the best PCI video card that will run off of a 180w PSU?

Wow that's a toughy, You're really in a spot because you can't just plop in a normal PSU into your dell. I didn't know you could run anything off 180 watts. I guess just search around on www.newegg.com and see if you come up with anything. Is it an AGP slot or PCI 16X?

How much are you looking on spending on the card?

Also I need to know what slot it is before I recommend you a card. Though I highly doubt any of the high end cards will run off that PSU. You might be kind of screwed with it, since Dell made it to run what they put in it.

up to like 80 bucks. Here is a link to the power supply style, and my pc layout, if you can loom at that and tell me anyway that i could get a new PSU and use it, then get a 250w or 300w vid card. A normal pci slot.
