Exclamation Audio Connector on Video Card?

I just bought a Radeon X850 XT PE AGP, and I was about to put it in, when I came across something I've never seen on a video card:

Seems to me to be an Audio Connector. . .but I'm sure that's not the case considering it's a Video Card. . .

If you have any idea what this might be, or an explanation of why it is here, lemme know ASAP; Thanks!

No because the power is the 4pin connecter beside it:

BUT I actually found out that it is a ViVo Composite Video In connector, used for capturing video from an outside source.

XD Thanks anyway!
