Angry asrock k8upgrade-nf3 mobo geforce graphics help please

I have just installed a new motherboard (asrock) but it doesnt seem to recognise the graphics card (geforce 64 mb). I have searched the net for jumper settings to see if this is the cause but I cant find anything that makes sense. I have tested the card in another PC to make sure its working.

When the monitor is not connected to the PC there is an "out of range" message displayed on screen. This disappears as soon as I plug it into the card but thats it the screen stays blank after that and I really dont know where to go from here. Any ideas?

thanks Debs

maybe make sure the card is plugged all the way in. You know where you put the mounting screw in? Sometimes that's too far from the motherboard if you didn't use brass risers in. It might not have the connection it needs. Just look around and make sure there's nothing restricting access.
