Default AMD Build Input

I'm working on an econo-build that will be used as the house comp / some mid-range gaming. I've decided to go with AMD strictly due to cost considerations. I've never built an AMD machine before so I'm just looking for a little sanity checking. Any suggestions are much appreciated. So here's the lineup (all components found on newegg):

- Rosewill R220-P-BK Black 0.5mm SECC Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Retail
- Rosewill RP500-2 500W ATX12V v2.01 Power Supply - Retail
- GIGABYTE GA-MA770-DS3P AM2+/AM2 AMD 770 ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail
- AMD Athlon 64 X2 7750 2.7GHz Socket AM2+ 95W Dual-Core black edition Processor Model AD775ZWCGHBOX - Retail
- HIS Hightech H467QT512P Radeon HD 4670 IceQ Turbo 512MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - Retail
- WINTEC AMPX 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model 3AXT8500C5-2048K - Retail
- Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 ST3250410AS 250GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM
- SAMSUNG 22X DVD±R DVD Burner with LightScribe Black SATA Model SH-S223Q - OEM

this psu by pc power and cooling is just a few bucks more, but better quality

PC Power & Cooling Silencer PPCS500D 500W
be sure to use the promo code "Pcpextra20" when checking out before 12/31

if not by 12/31, get this one

PC Power & Cooling Silencer PPCS500

but the rosewill will do fine if you cant stretch it.
