Default Advice on a Budget Computer

I'm trying to build the most inexpensive computer for graphics/websites/minor video stuff. This is what I have come up with so far. Any advice on whether this would be fine?

Processor: AMD Sempron 2600+ Processor S754 Palermo 1.6GHZ 128KB L2 Cache 90NM OEM & Foxconn HSF Bundle

Motherboard: ASUS K8N-VM mATX S754 GeForce 6100 DDR PCI-E16 SATA2 Video Sound LAN Motherboard

RAM (2x):
Samsung PC3200 512MB DDR400 184PIN DIMM OEM

Harddrive: Seagate Barracuda 7200.9 120GB SATA2 7200RPM 8MB 8.5MS NCQ Hard Drive

DVD Burner: BenQ DW1650 Black DVD+-RW 16X Dual Layer DVD Writer OEM

Floppy: SONY Black 1.44MB 3.5IN FLOPPY DRIVE

Case with PS: ASUS TM-230 mATX Mini Tower Case White 20/24 Pin 300W W/ Front USB & Audio

Total cost = $484.26 (Canadian)

Thanks for reading!

You might want a higher processor. AMD Sempron 2600 isn't that great, its the least expensive AMD processor out there.

If you can afford athlon, then go for it!

Ya it's definitely not going to be used for gaming or 3d modeling. Just some website building/graphics/little if any video clip work.

It should be fine. A did some video editing on my 2.4GHz Celey, and it was ok. Not the fastest though, lagged a bit. But I heard Celerons are worse than Semprons. I also did websites and graphics, all were fine.
