My PSU is pretty weak 450 watt, 14a and the 12v rail, so I want to get a video card that will play well with such low rails.

I have been looking at newegg.com video cards between 70-90 dollars, I will only be able to spend up to 100 dollars including shipping.

I have a 5200 that I can use right now, I want a step up or two, and I'm thinking about either a 6200, a 9600Pro or a 9800Se.

Wow, those cards are really horrible, but then it depends what you want to do with your PC, what kinda games do ya want to play?

i'd say go for the 9600 Pro

the main games i play is "Need For Speed, Hot Pursuit II" and "quake: arena", both older games that my 5200 does okay with.
