The psu looks good and you should have plenty of power. The integrated video is terrible, so I hope you don't plan on gaming. Other then that, it looks pretty good for a budget build.

No gaming intended, but the term "terrible" seems a bit strong. Is the integrated card that bad?

you can pick up a cheapy video card for like 50 bucks... any video card is better then intergrated...

Well, it's pretty much going to be a home office computer/ media center (more of an office computer though). I wanted to build something slightly powerful, but more so reliable.
