No, its been liek that. It's because newegg has this special where you get a free mobo when you buy that athlon 64 3400. The mobo is worht liek 60 bucks, so they try to trick people and increase the price of the cpu a little just because they are throwing in a free mobo. Also that isn't one of the original athlon 64 cpu's. It's an oem form a manufacturer liek hp, or compaq. That's why it only has 1600mhz ht, and if you read the reviews people say it isn't a true 64 bit cpu.
