trying to help my dad.. now i need help

my dad started experiencing pop ups often... said that a "system doctor" somehow mysteriously installed and he's had problems ever since... i have removed the system doctor from add/remove programs.. installed and ran AVG free... found: Trojan horse collected. 11.B/Filename:ebaxvyuc.dll
I vaulted it. I installed and ran ad-aware se deleted all threats. installed and ran vundofix.exe deleted vundos, ran vundofix again, no vundos, ran it again just to double check, no vundos, cleared startup in msconfig.... upgraded him to IE 7.... still getting pop ups from odd sites, and avg still detects trojan after deleting. ran vundos and deleted, 2nd run, clean. I'm throwing the towel to someone more qualified... Help me please i been at this all day lol. i am not confident enough of what exactly im looking at in the HJT file. well i removed the files that we were sure of... however the pop ups are still coming and trojan horse collected.11.B filename: ebaxvy.dll, and Trojan horse Lop.CB Filename: rqrrqnm.dll was dectected by AVG antivirus... so far i have ran, CW shredder, Ad-aware, Spybot, AVG anti spyware, and i'm currently running AVG antivirus.... i am planning after this to reboot, and post what i get from HJT again... it's driving me crazy...any suggestions of if i need to change my gameplan let me know, it will take awhile for AVG to run
