Slowing Down. . .

Lately my PC has been a bit slow. And sometimes when I open a folder or file it will act as if I did nothing. I scanned with Spybot/Ad-aware/SpyCatcher/Microsoft Anti Spy and they turned out with nothing. Can someone please help me??

hey dude, me thinks u have been infected with a trojan or a back door virus....

it cud even a combination of spyware+malware+adware...

jus try searchin this forum

there r a no. of links that wud lead u to a couple of free anti-viruses s/w.

try running those @ periodic intervals.

i think they should definitely work..

avoid goin 2 infected web sites atleast for sometime

try using
avg
trend
bit defender
stinger
kaspersky

Hey, I have scanned before. Used many methods and nothing worked. I have lost the war. I am sorry. I have completley gone over to Linux. But I may get bugged because I am going to use a VMware virtual machine. Not on the OS but the virutal machine. I will still have to scan.
