Here is my hijack this log any help would be usful I can't get rid of SAHAgent

If you haven't already done it, update and run your AV. There are a couple of online scans that can be helpful in getting rid of this adware.

After that, download and run Ad-Aware SE. I also suggest downloading and installing SpyBot S&D to get rid of the trash.

After all that, post a new log from HJT. Make sure that all applications are closed before running.
