IT wouldnt let me delete the accounts even under administrator in safe mode
I deleted the other i created earlier but others wont delete
It says it cant delete access is denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write- protected....

I haven't been able to look into this the past 3 days. Deer season is coming to an end and I've been in the wood for 11 hours at a time which is all day. The 31st is the last day so I will look into it after that.
