what kinds of issues are you seeing with your machine.

nothing specifically. It just seems kind of sluggish sometimes when it never use to be.. its not that big of a deal though. I'm more concerned with how I have all those processes running all the time

mine was really sluggish not to long ago and i just did some normal house keeping and it was much better. try doing a registry cleaning/defrag.
