So I'm working on this computer that is infected and it won't allow some scans to happen. The computer has been running slow and the homepage and search engine kept defaulting to Mywebsearch.com. The computer also doesn't boot properly at times. Some times when you should be at the sign in page for windows it only loads a black screen and the mouse pointer.
Combofix - In normal and safe mode will get to the part where it says its going to scan but then it just locks the computer up. I waited over a hour to see if it was normal but it never unfroze.
Vundofix - In normal mode it will run for about 10 minutes then lock the computer up. In safe mode it scans and finds nothing.
Avast - In normal and safe mode just opening Avast will lock the computer up in about a minute, you don't even have to start scanning for it to lock.
rkill - In normal mode it will take a long time to load and will then say installation failed or application error over and over again and eventually lock the computer up. In Safe mode it will give those errors once but then it will run, some times it says nothing found and other times it will say that it stopped "C:\windows\system32\userinit.exe"
Trojan Remover - Ran in normal mode and it found nothing but said that 2 policies were wrong and it fixed those. Said the computer was set to not check digital signatures and was set to allow un-signed signatures to run.
I was able to run MalwareBytes and Hijackthis in normal mode though and heres the logs.

Any help would really be appreciated since I'm not sure where to go from here. I was thinking about trying some online scans but it takes so long for anything to happen on this computer that I figured getting some expert advice first would be a better idea.
