no worries...i have run Ad-Aware and Spybot S&D as as well btw but they didnt find anything. These icons appear on the desktop but dont seem to appear in any of the actual desktop folder or anywhere on the computer so its very confusing.

Thanks...the icons just disappeared all of a sudden, so it all fine. I just did a format so all is fine.
