I ran a quick scan and it says no threats were detected on your computer at this time. should I run a full scan?

Let me ask you this and it might seem stupid but maybe you could use some entertainment from a stupid user: When I ran some of the scans you suggested all I did was to send you the log. I did not delet the items that it found. Should I have done this????

Okay - so I am going to get some sleep before I hit my face on the keyboard and I will wake up in the morning and rerun combofix, malwarebytes, hijack this and mse and I will delete what they suggest and post the logs. If this is not correct let me know. I will check here before I start running scans.
