how do i delete thie kinda of spyware?

heyhey everyone, just my comp keeps poppin up this annoying ad, its like a search engine, it appears down the bottom of the screen, and covers abt 5 cm of my space, i know its small, but still, its annoying, plus, theres a close button there, i tried clickin it, but it wont work ><
thats wen i use internet explorer though.....and with mozilla.......
wen i go to bookmark, the sites that i've saved in it was already firstly deleted by me personally 2 months a go, but these few wks, it keeps reappearing and i keep deleteing, why doesnt it stay away and stay dead?

Look in my sig for HighjackThis. Click it, download it, run it, and come back here and post your log so that someone like southernlasy can analyze it for you.

okokok, thx, i did the scan, it came up with a load of list..........how do i copy and paste it so ppl can see wat to be deleted or not?

Jilan,

Use the 'save log' button that you can find in HJT to save the log. Next , copy that and paste in here.

Jilan,

You dont need to click anything. After doing a scan with hijackthis, just use the 'save log' button to save the log as a text file.

Then attach the .TXT file into a post or just copy and paste its contents into a post.

ok, one problem, i just wanna reformat my comp now, but.....in the middle of reformattin my comp, it askes me to type in the admin's password........and i dont have a clue wat the password is, wat shoul i do?

If you still have problems, download "CWShredder." (coolwebshredder) Worked for me, especially if you have something that attacks your home page.
