Hijack this log - have problem with worm!

I'm looking for help. I think I have a worm. I get a Macafee Virus scan message stating, "a program is trying to send e-mail....it may be a worm." This occures each time I turn on my computer. Each time the identified file has a different name. the file is usually identified in location, "C:\WINDOWS\System32\.....exe", where the "....." would be the changing file name.

I deleted the files that you suggested and then rebooted. This is the warning message that I received from from McAfee following the reboot.

McAfee has detected a program trying to send e-mail messages from your computer. This activity might indicate that a worm is on your computer.

ok, thats a little better. now lets try these...

step 1) start your computer in safe mode - this is done by pressing the F8 at startup.

step 2) download CCleaner - CCleaner.com run the cleaner and also the registry cleaner

step 3) open Internet Explorer 7 > click Tools > Internet Options > Security tab > reset all zones to default level.

step 4) remove Mcafee SiteAdvisor, it has been damaged.

step 5) update your virus definitions.

step 6) download this - SUPERAntiSpyware.com - AntiAdware, AntiSpyware, AntiMalware! update & scan (full system scan)

ECTech, Thanks for your assistance.
I was able to complete you previous directions with the exception of removing the Mcafee SiteAdvisor. The SitAdvisor was not listed under the Mcafee removal tool. There was a Mcafee file titled "undefined" but my system would not uninstall that one either.
The SUPERAntiSpyware removed one trojan registry entry and two trojan files.

I have removed the three entries that Warez Monster suggested and upon reboot, the "gjdpsfokzsz.exe" would still reappear in the start up process. I noticed this same prefix attached to "O23 - Service: Print Spooler Service (yueqoag9djoa5pe9) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\gjdpsfokzsz.exe" in the corresponding hijack this log. I then unchecked the box for "Print Spooler Service" in the services tab of the system Utility (msconfig). By turning that off, I no longer get the "gjdpsfokzsz.exe" file reinitialinzing each time I reboot.

I don't know if that is a temporary fix or if there is a better way. Any sugestions?

Note: I tried using my printer and found that the spooler.exe file would run and the "gjdpsfokzsz.exe" file did not turn up in the startup files.

By the way - I have not been getting the worm warnings from McAfee either.

This is why i like everyone to go thru my guide before posting. The msconfig entry would have been taken care of a long time ago. Your log looks better. The only entry that needs to be in msconfig>Startup is your antivirus and firewall if you have one.
