Looks good to me...you having any issues?

Yeah, My internet connection seemed to be slowing down and I have ran avg, cccleaner and spybot. I then checked my processes that were running and saw infocard.exe and even after googling it all i found was that it was used to send info to various companies through MS network, and it's a new process....it's never ran before and i can't figure out what is causing it to run(or at least i've never seen it running before).

Yeah I have, but i'm still getting a slower connection. I'm wondering if my neighbors are getting the same slower service. I know a few of them have the use the same cable company. At least i know that infocard.exe isn't anything to worry about. Thanks!

some other things you could try

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns

put those in a text file, save it as renew IP or whatever and save it as .bat Then all you need to do is run it, no more going to the cmd prompt
