Go to this folder
C:\WINDOWS\system32\Service.exe

and try to delete it. If you cant let me know and we will try a different way

reboot into safemode, I forgot to tell you that, then we will use hijackthis if that dont work

I tried to do that with a different file before and had the same error message in safe mode as normal mode.

I think hijackthis is the only option.

open hijackthis

click on none of the above, just start the program
click on config
click on misc tools
click on delete file on reboot
browse to that directory and select the file
restart

Turns out I couldnt delete it cause it was a running, I ended process on task manager and deleted it.

Still getting the donadon pop-up from Panda though, i thought we got rid of that with the hijack log. I need to find what is runing it before I can delete it.
