@ectech: You should never ever remove a LSP with with Hijackthis as this will create broken internet access for the user. Redmo0n, you are very much correct. LSPFix is the correct tool for this situation, but I want to get a deeper look into that computer.

@Rosco: I suspect there is a lot of malware in that computer so we are bringing out the heavy artillery.

Download ComboFix from Here or Here to your Desktop.
Read first: "How to download and use ComboFix"
If you downloaded ComboFix previously, delete that version and download it again as the tool is frequently updated!

• Very Important! Temporarily disable your anti-virus, script blocking and any anti-malware real-time protection before performing a scan. They can interfere with ComboFix or remove some of its embedded files which may cause "unpredictable results".
  Click on this link to see a list of programs that should be disabled. The list is not all inclusive. If yours is not listed and you don't know how to disable it, please ask.

• Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
• When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log and a HiJackthis log in your next reply
• Be sure to re-enable your anti-virus and other security programs, after ComboFix finished.

Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall.

techpro5238 i just want to say that i think you do a great job when i have seen you with these logs. You go in depth and you can be bothered explaining and clearly marking steps so that even beginners can follow it.

Secondly before you go on with techpro5238's step i would like to see how Osiris scanner goes since i want to see its effectiveness and if it is as good as i think it would be, use it on computers that have malware etc.

I can't take all the credit as I was trained in this form a malware removal school. What I am using are called canned speeches. You may use whatever I post here if you like. The one I posted above is the most current ComboFix canned speech. It has full instruction for users on how to use ComboFix. PM me over a message and I will explain a bit more on the training process.

PS: Normal users are not supposed to use canned speeches

As I have read over the scanner, it seems like a fine tool and it could use a bit of testing. Please go ahead and run the tool Rosco, and if it removes malware from the PC then please post up the new HJT.

After Osiris gets a look at that post for what it missed then please follow my above instructions about running ComboFix. We'll let ComboFix take care of what the spyware scanner didn't pick up.
