Default Hi Guys, Can someone help me with smitfraud. here is mu HJT log

Hi Guys, Ive been reading through the forums trying to resolve this Smitfraud
malware issue. I ran HJT and generated a log file and hope someone could run through it and tell me which entries to select. Here is the log - enjoy

Hi, Im going to remove these files as listed. I do want to add, before i proceed, that the problem did occur BEFORE stopzilla was installed. I was recommended stopzilla to remove the C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\Core.Cache, unfortunatley after running the stopzilla, the problem persisted and i cannot find the file in safe mode.

will the above remove the malware?

that is a link to the tool. enter the text in the text box. should be 3 letters. then it takes you to the link. you wait about 60 seconds and the button will let you click on it to download.
