  |  May 2006 IMAGE CONTEST Whew, I got the month right this time! Okay everyone! Its contest time again! This month our contest subject is... AVATARS! We've never done avatars before as a contest subject, so I believe it is high time we get the ball rolling and start this thing already! There will be TWO categories for avatars. Animated non-animated. Each contestant is asked to enter both categories, but you don't have to if you don't want to or are unable to. I'm waiting for a response back from DMo224 (Dave) for confirmation, but... We'd like to be able to actually offer a prize to this month's winner. The prize I had in mind was to give the winner(s) a place for their avatars in Tech-Forums Avatar Gallery. EDIT: Dave said yes! The winner(s) will have their avatars for use in the tech forums Avatar Gallery RULES Follow these or risk disqualification EDIT: The boards only allow for the use of 10 images in a post. If you choose to enter the maximum 15 non-animated avatars, you may have to double post. --Avatars MUST be regulation size of 80x80 pixels and no larger than 30kb in size. --Non-Animated-Each contestant must enter at LEAST 5 avatars and no more than 15. --Animated-Each contestant must enter at LEAST 2 animated avatars and no more than 10. --Keep a theme to your avatars. They will be entered as a sort of avatar 'package'. Choosing a theme, however; is entirely up to you. --No pornographic themes may be used. --No obscene language or images allowed. --All work must be original. Don't steal other people's work. When making an entry, please distiguish the category you have entered, and if you enter both categories, please keep your images organized. Don't mix animated with non-animated. You also need to tell us what software you used and what theme you used. All entries are DUE by Friday, May 26th. Voting will then take place Saturday the 27th through Wednesday the 31st. You will vote for the set of avatars you like best. Please take your time with your entries. [cough]Nubius...[/cough]  I'd like to see some really impressive work!  I know we have alot of talent on these forums, so lets try to bring it all out for this contest! These rules are subject to change at any time, so try to stay updated

| what did you think they were? EDIT: i cant get 'GO VOTE!!' to work in my sig it is [ url = GO VOTE ] link [ / url ] (without spaces) isnt it? that doesnt work for me.
