Zune software question

For anyone out there who owns a zune, have you noticed that the Zune software will automatically try and add music to your library? I have had this problem because I have almost 60 GB of music on my computer and it will add music that I don't want on it and not let me chose the music I want. I have removed all of the "watch folders" but it still seems to add music I don't want. Are there any solutions for me?
