| I recently bought a used Blackjack II off someone and it was only used for a week so its in good condition. i just downloaded Windows mobile device center for vista and no matter what i try it will not recognize my phone. is there anything i have to do or does it have something to dowith not having the getting started CD because i never got that. ok i just found out its a driver error but when i try installing the driver automaticlly it always fails and when i try updating from the device manager it says its already up to date.

| Try to force install it in Vista Device Manager. Click update driver and lead it right to the directory of the file. If anythign use WinRar to extract it to a folder. |

| Hello, Sadly most of the info related to a Code 10 is for a DVD Drive failure. There was one about a USB Hub but that was a Windows 2000 article. So my best suggestion would be to try updating your Chipset drivers. Cheers, Mak |
