I recently bought a used Blackjack II off someone and it was only used for a week so its in good condition. i just downloaded Windows mobile device center for vista and no matter what i try it will not recognize my phone. is there anything i have to do or does it have something to dowith not having the getting started CD because i never got that.

ok i just found out its a driver error but when i try installing the driver automaticlly it always fails and when i try updating from the device manager it says its already up to date.

Try to force install it in Vista Device Manager. Click update driver and lead it right to the directory of the file. If anythign use WinRar to extract it to a folder.

Hello,

Sadly most of the info related to a Code 10 is for a DVD Drive failure. There was one about a USB Hub but that was a Windows 2000 article. So my best suggestion would be to try updating your Chipset drivers.

Cheers,
Mak
