unable to pair bluetooth headset with my phone

i have a motorola h500 bluetooth headset and it will not pair with my samsung sgh-t509. i can see the device on my phone then i select it and i have to put in a pin number so i put in a number and it just says that it is unable to pair the device. my pin number does not use all of the 16 digits available.

if i remember correctly from when i had a bluetooth headset, before it got stolen, the pin number for pretty much any headset, especially Motorola is 0000. also make sure its in discoverable mode, although im sure you have it since you can see it on your phone.

its no big deal though, you should only have to set it up once right? lol
