LCD screen broken?

I have a Toshiba e355 PPC. When i turn it on the screen has different color lines down it. Is the LCD screen broken or the chip.
I will try to get pics tomorrrow.

Hiya dude,

Do the lines stay there when your desktop has fully loaded?
and did you play around with any refresh rates?

You might of damaged if you played around with any display settings.

I have that same ppc and I solved that problem by doing hard reset. If that doesnt work i dunno.
