iPod Touch - Fixed - Frozen at boot Logo

Hi

Yesterday i was fiddling around with my ipod touch and went ahead and updated one of my apps
Suddenly it got frozen, so i though it would be a good idea to restart it but i was wrong. After i restarted my ipod it got stuck at the apple logo and it wasn't going to budge, i know this because i left it over night at the apple logo screen it was still there in the morning! iTunes wouldn't recognise it either! So after a bit of research i held down both power and home button together for a few seconds to turn my ipod off becasue it would turn off by only holding the power button. After it was turned off i held the power button for 10 seconds then held the home button for about 5 seconds as well at the same time. This caused a pop-up on itunes and behind the pop up was a restore option

After i restored it it was all fine except i had lost all my apps

But at least my ipod is working now
