how to start PDA Prog.

Hey,
Can u tell me how to start PDA Programming in .NET?
I have basic idea abt .NET as i m a programmer of ASP.NET
Which books to read?etc....

consult some book on WAP, as at backend ASP.NET will work fine, but translator will come via WAP server. else every things works the same way
