How do I get to My Bluetooth Places?

I'm running Windows XP SP2 and I have the Microsoft Bluetooth hooked up to my computer and I have no problems finding my devices, but where is My Bluetooth Places? does that have to be installed? Somebody please help!

Yes you have to install the place manger software

Yes, please you have absolutely no idea how hard it is to find any info about the missing "My Blootooth Places" icon on the net. :/

Any help would be appreciated.
