Cellphone bluetooth and computer

Sorry i could not think of a good title for this thread but whatever. Is there a program where you can talk on the phone with someone with a computer? When i am in a call with someone sometimes speaker phone is not loud enough so is there a way so i can have the sounds on my computer. I already have a bluetooth dongle.
