People made fun of my phone (Samsung Juke) but the thing has been alive and kicking for a year and a half now and I've had it in so many different countries, in water, in snow, dropped it...
The thing is a little sleek tank. Although the battery life is finally dieing. It used to go weeks without having to be recharged but now I need to charge it every other day.

For smartphones I like all those reasons. I support any thing OLED just because I am looking forward to them overtaking LED/LCD at some point. The short life span would be bad though.
