You are right, but...

I said that this is the first 45nm Pentium Dual core, not the first 45nm dual core.

Intel is using the name "Pentium dual core" for their budget processors (E2xxx), which are based on the same architecture of the other 65nm Core 2 processors.

The new 45nm Pentium Dual Core E5xxx will replace the current 65nm Pentium Dual Core E2xxx.

Haha.. now if AMD could do something like that with one of those 45nm Phenom's I'll say good bye to the X2 4600+ and use it in the HTPC build I was planning

If only it didn't have "Pentium" in the name. After all this time and all the BS it still leaves a sour taste in my mouth. Still, a good price for the performance for sure.
