I said that this is the first 45nm Pentium Dual core, not the first 45nm dual core. Intel is using the name "Pentium dual core" for their budget processors (E2xxx), which are based on the same architecture of the other 65nm Core 2 processors. The new 45nm Pentium Dual Core E5xxx will replace the current 65nm Pentium Dual Core E2xxx.
